I have been a member for 23 years with BJ's Sanford Florida. The morning Gas Sation Attendant is an amazing person, very helpful, always attentive, and has everyones safety in mind. The rules of the area for customers is easy and simple, turn your car off and do not come in the wrong way. I am there with 3 cars at least 4 times per week. Customers continue to enter the wrong way causing near accidents and accidents, I have witnessed the Attendant correcting them and taking so much verbal abuse from these customers that has no regard of following the instructions for the safety of all. I even witnessed the Store Manager allowing a customer who was complaining and very wrong allowing them to continue to be verbally abusive and come in the wrong way. I visit your store location at Millineum and they are very uniformed, everyone comes in the correct way and leave the correct way, why can this not happen at Sanford, and what more why does the Store Manager not enforce this. And why is there no one to stop a verbally abusive customer from mistreating employees? Sadly I am a Lawyer but I will not step in, but if another wrong way driver scratch my car trying to buck the system I will call the police and file a report. Kudos to your employer Al Williams for trying to keep us all safe often in the line of fire. When can get this corrected?
