End of August 2021 we bought a Grey Wolf Limited Trailer from Bison RV Center in Clovis NM. We paid cash for it. We used it 1 time and brought it home. July this year we realized that the refrigerator no longer worked so we took it back to Clovis to honor the warranty. We were told that there were no parts to fix the trailer. An emailed was supposedly sent to find out what could be done to fix the problem, when my husband ask how long this would take the "mechanic" laughed at him and told him longer than it should. Forest River Company is the maker of the trailer. To date we have never heard back a single word. We have a trip coming up the end of October and it would be nice to have a trailer that has a working refrigerator as we will be in the mountains hunting. Customer service is not in their vocabulary and you would think that they would bend over backwards to fix the problem instead of laughing.
