BioLife Plasma Services - Waiting.

After I got screened, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes in the chair bc I’m a double red stick. They did other people before me and I requested the person. They did 4 people after me who sat down after me and they told me because I refused the person with no double red experience that I had to wait or come back another day. I have been coming for 5 years and I have never been treated this way. He is an assistant manager. His name is Trey at the Casselberry FL office. He was rude to me and made me feel bad.

Desired outcome: Don’t treat people this way.

BioLife Plasma Services - Cannot donate

Hi I am Dapoma Radcliff I am 63 years old been accused of being rude on several occasions. I donate at the Casselberry location. I only had one incident with an employee name cheese and I put a complaint in.a month ago.I feel retaliation and bullying took place today I was told I couldn't donate because I was rude ,I asked to whom and when. The manager said he can't say .I told him I have not been rude to anyone I said pull the camera up and you would see I am constantly on my phone learning Spanish. I asked if a certain person can stick me because the manager told me to asked I said they should be able to say what I said I am upset for this deformation of character. When they disconnect I thank them..I know most workers and we speak. This need to be resolved. Thanks

My complaint still has not been resolved the name of tech is Cherith been really disrespectful to me as an elderly it's been since March and no resolution. But I get humiliated and threatened to get walked out for what March I was on my phone looking at my house using the ring app and accusing me of being live she reach to grab and point to my screen and says it's says live here. She kept harassing me while I was hooked up to a machine she was hooking another donor talking loud and disrespectful to me yet she lied twice and I can't donate at that center which is 5 minutes away but told I can donate at Goodhome road a 40 minute drive for what.I am really upset I just lost my husband 1 year ago trying to help people and make ends meet the managers didn't do a proper investigation just said I was rude and had a bad behavior. HOW SUBJECTIVE WAS THAT.

BioLife Plasma Services - Service

After canceling twice because I was handed a beeper, I got another just shy of being handed one. I was in line about to be seated, after nearly 2hrs waiting, I was told to move to another box, which put me side be side to someone else less that a ft apart, I said something to the person next 2 me saying just 2 weeks ago someone was getting scolded for not standing in their box 6ft apart. Samantha then interrupted our convo saying I was rude. I told her was being rude by interrupting my conversation she took the next four people behind me moved them in front of me and ignored me spitefully leaving in line. I left. I would like too speak with someone if possible. [protected]. Ty.

Desired outcome: I would have liked to finished, but I don't think I want Samantha taking my plasma

BioLife Plasma Services - referral amount code was not properly enter so I did not receive the right amount

I had a referral which they submitted when doing the physical and initial donation. My name was put in as the referral person. When the second donation was finished I received $50 instead of the $150 which is what I got via email and gave to the person which I referred. So instead of getting the $150 I only received $50 therefore I was cheated out of $100 dollars.
