Bills Awnings and Construction review: Want the awing installed or my money back

Ordered awning and paid 1/2 of cost. It was to be installed in December, but it was not. Contacted bills awning and they said there was a delay. Contacted again (several times) got no response. When to location of bills awning and it was closed, even though it was normal business hours. Talked to another person in parking lot who was trying to contact bills awning with same problem who also was unable to contact them. Talked to business next door and they said bills awning had not been open for quite a while.
