I stumbled upon BikeIsland (bikeisland.com) while searching for a new road bike. Let me tell you, if you're looking for a fancy-schmancy shopping experience, this ain't it. But if you're looking for a killer deal on a top-notch bike, then you've come to the right place.

I was blown away by the prices on BikeIsland. I mean, seriously, how do they sell these bikes for so cheap? It's almost too good to be true. But I took the plunge and ordered a road bike, and let me tell you, it's a beauty. The quality is top-notch and it rides like a dream.

Now, I will say that the customer service isn't exactly what you'd call "white glove." But hey, you get what you pay for, right? I had a few questions about my order and it took a little longer than I would have liked to get a response, but eventually everything got sorted out.

All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase from BikeIsland. If you're willing to sacrifice a little bit of hand-holding for a killer deal on a world-class bike, then this is the place for you.

This company is the bomb! They totally changed the way I buy bikes and it's been awesome. The stuff they show on their site is super detailed and they put in a lot of work to make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you buy it. I was blown away by how sweet the bike was when it showed up at my house. The website didn't even do it justice! They totally under promised and over delivered, which is how all businesses should be.

I had a little problem with the parts I got from BikeIsland. They weren't the same as what was on the website. I sent an email and Jeff got back to me right away. He said I could send the parts back for free and get all my money back. But I didn't want that. So Jeff and I emailed back and forth a lot (like, over 10 times!) until we found a good answer. And then Jeff did something really cool - he made the deal even better!

I saw another review that said BikeIsland will promise less than they can do, and then do even more. That's totally true!

So, I bought a bike from BikeIsland.com and had some trouble with the rear suspension. It ended up causing a broken rear shock and a bent frame. I was pretty bummed out about it, but I decided to reach out to their customer service team to see if they could help me out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they got back to me. I mean, it was only a matter of minutes before I received a response. They asked me to describe my issue and provide proof of purchase, which I did. And then, get this, they shipped out a new frame and an upgraded shock the very next day!

I was blown away by the level of customer service that I received. It's not often that you come across a company that is so willing to go above and beyond to make things right. I'm really grateful to the folks at Bike Island for taking care of me like they did.

I got myself a Mercier Aero TT (Pearl White 50cm frame) from bikeisland and I gotta say, it's one of the best bikes I've ever had. I did some research on the internet before I made the purchase. I can actually compare the geometry to Trek One Series, Cannondale Synapse and especially the Cannondale R700 TT; very similar geometry to the R700. I was worried about the fit but it's just right for me.

I did have a problem with the original Kenda tires and Jeff at bike island took care of that. I really can't say enough about the quality of the bike and the customer service I received. I did notice that 5/6 Aero TT have been sold since I purchased this one. I am excited for the warmer weather to arrive so I can start riding!

I gotta say, Jeff at bikeisland really knows how to take care of his customers. He helped me out with the tire issue and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The bike itself is top-notch quality, I can tell it's built to last. I'm not the most experienced rider, but I can tell this bike is gonna take me places.

I'm really looking forward to the warmer weather so I can take this baby out for a spin. I can't wait to see what it can do on the road. I'm sure it's gonna be a smooth ride. I bought a bike from Bike Island on November 5th, 2016. I was aware that there were some "scuffs on the dropouts & crankarms" but when I received the bike, there were a few more defects and damages than what was mentioned on the website. However, Jeff from Bike Island quickly remedied these issues. I must say that the bike itself is great to ride. I decided to buy this particular bike because it had higher grade components than what I could afford at a local bike shop.

I have already told my relatives and friends about the great service I received from Bike Island. Unfortunately, I don't have any social media accounts to give them a 5-star rating, but I would if I did. If you're looking for a better bicycle than what you can get at an entry-level price from a local bike shop, then I highly recommend Bike Island or Bikes Direct.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I gotta say, I was a bit hesitant about buying a bike online. I'm in my 60's and I like to see what I'm buying before I hand over my hard-earned cash. But after scouring the internet for days, I stumbled upon Bike Island. The prices were way lower than what I saw at other retailers, so I decided to take a chance.

I shot Jeff an email with a bunch of questions and concerns, and to my surprise, he got back to me the very next day. That's some good customer service right there.

The bike arrived on time, just 5 days later. It was wrapped up tight like a brand new bike, and I couldn't find a scratch on it. I had a couple of buddies help me set it up, and we were all impressed with the quality.

Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received. I'd definitely recommend Bike Island to anyone looking to buy a bike online. These guys really know how to take care of their customers.
