bigsupplyshop.com review: Fraudulent charges and seller stopped to reply 1

I ordered some stuff from the website www.bigsupplyshop.com. It was some error on the website and my payment failed. I contacted the seller, and he told me that they would charge me later. After several days I noticed 3 similar payments and this company charged me for too much. Of course after that they stopped to reply. I want money back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
