Bidlane review: Car purchase service Bidlane Irvine

I sold my car to Bidlane Irvine on the 23rd, of September and was told they would payoff my creditor and notify the DMV as part of their services. It has been over a month and my creditor has yet to be paid. I've called Bidlane several times and each time they've promised to resolve the matter and given me a different excuse for the delays. I have made an additional payment to preserve my credit.
