BicycleDesigner.com review: I requested and paid for in my order 1

Didn't ship one of the parts I requested and paid for in my order! I was willing to wait longer for the part, or take a credit reimbursement. Only a $10.00 part! I talked to them and they told me to get lost. "It's their word versus mine!" Apparently their invoice has triple checks so it is automatically in the box. Period. I thought it should be known.
