I don't know what happened to Big Fish, but it's a disaster now. Since they "improved" their site, I can't play my games, buy games, or use the game manager. I have repeatedly explained the situation, in great detail and with screenshots, have done every suggested troubleshooting, but most of it I can't do because I can't login anymore. Can't get a new password. Can't get anyone to respond. I just get form letter responses that don't address the issue. I even filed a complaint with the BBB — and no one there has felt the need to respond to that, or address this.
So now, I have hundreds of dollars invested in games I bought from them, and I can't play them; I will just be losing them and that investment. I'm left with pursuing other avenues for compensation. I don't know if I should file a suit in small claims court or not. I have no idea where to turn, now. I'm just screwed by them, and lost my games and my investment of years. Just DON'T invest in them, they will screw you over.
Desired outcome: I want to play all the games i purchased by an .exe link that WILL bypass broken GAME MANAGER, a refund on my subscription. OR I want all the money I have spent over the years REFUNDED TO ME IN FULL.
