We had a $15, 000.00 Sunroom added on to our home in 2005. This year during the heavy rainstorms we have had, the roof leaked and I called Betterliving and the woman there said she would take my name and number and get a service man out to us when "Someone is in the area", not what you want to hear when your roof is leaking, and also stated it will cost 75.00 an hour for thier service. They told me the warranty is only good for ONE year. I should have read the fine print better. Three weeks went by and she never got back to us...in the meantime we had someone fix the leaking. This past week June 1, 2006, another rain storm very heavy, my windows poured with water into my sunroom, talk about disgusted...Please don't buy from this place. They do not stand behind thier work and products. After I called and voiced my opinion on the managers Voice Mail of course, a woman called to schedule service...Go figure. The manage dont have the nerve to call and address the problem in person.
Poor Customer Service!!! Stay Away!!!
