Better Business Bureaumoney not refunded back to debit card

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau
against a company by the name of Intellius/Lookup
anyone for a fee, and if i wanted to cancel in a certain
amount of time i could.i think it was within 3 business days .i did cancel in time because i could
not find anyone of whom i was searching for for the
amount of fees they had charged my card for, they
continued requesting more money.i called and spoke
to a customer service rep. on 1-6-09 by the name of
Rachel, and emailed her at [protected]@intelium .com
