I ordered flowers for my mother over the phone. I gave them a price range I'd like to spend - $60. I asked for it to be delivered to her before noon the next day (her birthday). I called my mom that afternoon to make sure she got them. She had not. I called the store and they said they'd get it out by the next day. That, first of all, was unacceptable. Then when she did get them, I noticed they were the exact same flower bouquets that I saw at the grocery store! The weren't even rewrapped! I could have just bought them at the grocery store myself for $20! How are these people in business!?!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Sanna of Betroth wedding store was very rude and dismissive to the Mother of the Bride. She never responded to requests to confirm payments that were made. At the ceremony she again was rude. We were concerned over reprisals so we confronted Sanna after the wedding and were again dismissed. The service at the wedding was good but the food was mediocre and the dinner was 1 hour delayed. I would not recommend Betroth wedding store or Sanna
I work at the flower shop at zehrs and know for certain that Bethroth has NEVER purchased a ready made bouquet from us
the owner will come in for the import items and spray roses but she always does her own arrangements - if you would like to come and verify that you are welcome to do so we all know her and think she is lovely.
How do you know he/she was procrastinating? You judge when you do not have all of the facts. I agree with the original complaint. The florist should have offered a refund, at the least.
And so, procrastinating until the day before your mom's birthday to bother with her gift is someone else's fault. Think again.
