Timeline:
$350 withdrawal requested on 2/9/2026 → still pending over 10 days
No TXID or proof of payment provided
Support repeatedly says “case sent to relevant department” with no explanation
Live chat now unresponsive
Issue:
Funds are being withheld without explanation. Crypto withdrawal delays of this length are unacceptable. I request a clear explanation and immediate processing of my funds.

Binance wallet showing no incoming transaction
