I ordered maternity clothing from an online retailer. There were problems with the website, so I e-mailed the owner and we resolved my order by e-mail. This was 19/03/2012. I made an EFT of R1, 624-64 to them on 20/03/2012 and mailed the proof of payment the same day. At first the service was very efficient and friendly with immediate responses to my questions. I was promised delivery of 5-7 days. Then on 28/03/2012, the excuses started. I followed up with the owner every 2 days or so and every time there was a different excuse. From what I have been reading on various websites since, these excuses have been used several times with different customers over the last months / years. The last time I heard from them was 07/05/2012. I have in the mean time asked to cancel my order and refund my money, but all my requests are being ignored. I just get an automatic response that says they'll respond shortly. None of the telephone numbers that I have obtained for her work, so I am at a loss as to how to proceed. I have added complaints on hellopeter.com, I've e-mailed all 3 their addresses, I've e-mailed the company on Facebook, I've written on the company's wall on Facebook, I've e-mailed the owner on Facebook and tried calling her several times. I don't know what to do anymore to get my money back, but it seems that I am not the only one!
