We contracted with Bellareed in March of 2022. Our permitting with our county was completed on 6/6/22. They broke ground on our pool installation in July of 2022. Aside from the staffing issues and material delays which is to be expected. They didn't pay subcontractors repeatedly which caused three different liens to be placed on our property. Currently we have a lien from the plaster company for over 10K. We paid bellareed in full for this back on 12/7/22. The refuse the pay the plaster company so they will not remove the lien from our home. Also, we have a large stain on our plaster from a mud intrusion that occurred as a result of them not sealing our retaining ledge properly. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB of GA and the Secretary of state against their business license control number. Bellareed refuses to respond to us on the telegram app, via email, or via phone call.

Desired outcome: I would like the balance to the plaster company paid in full and the lien removed from our property, and I would like them to have the plaster company come get the stain handled so our warranty on our plaster is not voided.
