Bellaplex Taking money without my say so

I went on line and filled out for a trial of this cream and then decided not to take it any further. I have just found a piece of paper which has all my bank details on it and says I have ordered two jars for $1.99, which I did cancel and I did not agree to any terms and conditions as I have that bit printed on this piece of paper. I am just worried that the jars will turn up. I ordered then on 22 April, they have not arrived yet. Do you think that this never went through as I did not continue it.

I seem to be lucky, this morning i received my bank account for my debit account and was
amazed to find three withdrawls totalling £220. payable to bellaplex and nest page a credit back to my account
for the same amount. I did receive the two samples but were both the same no hydorox whatsit, so did not work
anyway. I also was left the note from post office that unable to deliver the parcel as was £25 payable for customs, i did not pick up the parcel as began to think was strange so was sent back to company which was when my credit was paid back. Will seek advice from my bank and see if they will put a stop to any further
debits from this company.

In response to an online advertisement, I applied for a free sample of the product, for which only postage was to be payable. Credit card details were supplied. The product was dispatched on June 20, 2017 and an email notification to this effect was received.
My latest credit card details show a debit of $75.99 (US$69.95) as a retail purchase. Since I did not "purchase" the product, I believe that this sequence of events represents false advertising and unauthorised use of my credit card.
I do not want to buy the product, and want a refund of the amount already debited to my credit card.

there was an advert on face book for an introductory offer for bellaplex for 2 pounds which i sent off for. I never recieved the product only a card from the post office saying that I would have to pay postage charges of £12. I did not collect it as I was not going to pay charges that were not mentioned it was supposed to be inclusive. On the 14.7.2017 I discovered that £90 was taken out of my bank by Bellaplex. I have not placed any more orders and it seems that because they have my bank details that they are just taking money out of my bank account without my permission or knowledge. Can you please do something to put this right as I know it cannot be bussiness practice to take money from my bank account without my knowledge or permission when I have not placed any more orders appart from the one which was for £2. please can you help me to get my money back. They have taken out my money for my bills and putting me in debt.
regards

I started a trial with Bellaplex in August 2017, two weeks later I tried to call this company and cancel my account and was told that the number I was given was not valid, I then sent them emails a few times trying to cancel my account and apart from an auto reply from Bellaplex I never got a reponse from them, I got so worried so I cancel my AMEX account since I gave Bellaplex my credit card number and 45 days later I was so shocked to see a charge of $69.95 by Belleplex. AMEX told me that because I have supplied Bellaplex my credit card number so AMEX cannot stop them from charging me, and I think they are going to charge me the same amount every month. I don't want their product, I don't like their product, I just want to cancel my account. However it seems impossible to cancel, what can I do now? Let me keep charging me for something I don't want. I am so worried since AMEX cannot help me and I cannot reach Bellaplex.

I was a Free Trial offer of $1.99 for each of these products which was deducted from my credit card - I did not give authorization for this company to charge my card each month which they did. When they send out the product for the "Free trial" which they send with an invoice they state you will be charged unless you send it back within 30 days - but the free trial lasts 30 days so this is the 'set up" of of the Scam - there is a phone number you can't get thru on and no email or fax number is sent to you until you cancel - they dispute each transaction with your Bank and show that they sent the cancellation policy to you. This is a LIE!

Ordered free trial! Never recieved it. And i am having money taken from my account and cannot cancel this so called order. I have e - mailed everyday and have had no response. I at no point gave any authorisation for them to take money from my account, and am not in a position for this to be allowed to carry on. After again looking at their website i am still at a lose as to where you cancel!

I am thankful I checked out the company on your website and another: (http://www.scambook.com) thinking it was odd that they would ask for a $1.99 postage fee for a fee trial! Upon checking out the websites and realising the number of fraud transactions and complaints I decided not to proceed (this was after completing the required information, with the exception of the credit card number). I received a call today (from phone ID # [protected]) asking me why I hadn't proceeeded with the order - at which I promptly advised I had checked them out and they were a scam...and I got a denial and then the operator hung up on me...! Don't trust this company at all.

Ordered FREE trial of BELLAPLEX products as promoted through FACEBOOK today believing that only had to pay for postage...Now the company BELLAPLEX has debited my c/c for the full mount of the cost of the creams and can not get in touch with BELLAPLEX to cancel the transaction. Complete RIP OFF !
