Prejudice

I reported a collision of my vehicle on 5th may 2022 ; that Belairdirect "Intact insurance company Inc" refused to pay the cost of car rental and the cost of the repair, the services I deserve

Thereof, it is unfair, a prejudice, a violation of my rights and breach of contract.

More serious and with unknown influence's belairdirect-Intact insurance has blocked my phone number that I have to use the different number to communicate to them.
