Beautyrest Mattresses review: They don't really care

Called the place were I got the mattress. They came out and ask if they could get a cd from me. They took the cd put it on bed and laid a string on it. This was bad I knew this was a bunch of bull s — . But to make it worst they text me while the man was still here to tell me that they had heard from beauty rest and they could not help. The man said just as soon as he gave the pictures to them they would let me know. I told him this is from them he said no but when I showed him the text. He had nothing to say. But I purchased this from eller & owens in franklin n.C. I told the man I would go to sleep u.S. A he said they owned it too the one in franklin n. C I guess I want go their. I know you can't get a mattress warranty that is why I am putting this out do not buy a simmons beautyrest cayman extra firm they are not what they seem. I will never buy from this store or this mattress co. If you do you may be sorry.
