Beaukify review: Never received goods

Bought a red tool chest with tools on the 25th June, invoice id 6S249-3Y6GDOM,

my transaction ID:-9GH48652UE9388049, seller transaction ID:- 6S468189KU4316625, payment made to Beaukify [protected]@beaukify.com

Haven't received tool chest yet they said it was delivered, I found out it was delivered 200 miles away their excuse was the shippers had put the wrong address on it. They said they would deliver another one, but still waiting. So they've had enough time to so I asked for a refund. Nothing has happened there, so I'm asking help from you!
