BeachStore.com review: customer service on order so128736 14.5 inch folding beach umbrella table

Purchased a 14.5 inch folding beach umbrella table; item delivered was missing the accessory that attaches the table to the umbrella pole, and is useless without it.
Attempted to contact BeachStore on-line; website set up a "Case" CA 18054 which after three days has yet to be started. Have tried to contact seller by telephone, but no one is ever available to answer calls and no one ever responds to the voicemail and returns the phone call. Originally Just wanted a replacement, now I want a refund but the website does not process refund request.
Worst company I have ever dealt with for customer relations and standing behind their products
