I should have paid more attention to the return policy before I ordered. It is 15 days.
That alone should have been a warning as it is tight considering most other major on line swimwear concerns are 30, 60 and 90 days. I got a suit for my wife, it didn't fit. I received unsolicited a second identical suit and was billed again. Now I have two suits that don't fit.
Emailed to return and was read the 15 day policy and was told to have a nice day. Tried a second time after I sent a list of their competitors return timeframes-same response. I am going to approach paypal and visa to see my possible courses of action.
General Comments: There was also no paper work (order number, return instructions, address etc) with the shipments. Their goal is to make returns difficult.
No order number on the package envelope.
All of this designed to make returns difficult if not impossible. I recommend more reputable companies like Cupshe, Zaful, Venus, Wicked Weasel and Victorias Secret,
User's recommendation: Buy somewhere else. Too bad quality and delivery are fine.
Desired outcome: I want my $70 for the suits back
