We, Ninety Nine Logistics, are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience we had with your company. We purchased a car on October 1, 2023, at 10:08 p.m. from your website and encountered numerous issues throughout the process, which has left us feeling extremely disappointed and let down.

Firstly, we were given a mere 48 hours to complete the purchase of the vehicle. However, in less than twenty hours, we made the payment and promptly sent you proof of the transfer instruction as well as the bank proof of payment (POP) on the same day. We received confirmation from your team that you had indeed received our POP. Again, we were once informed that you would initiate the shipping booking process.

However, our hopes were quickly dashed when we recently reached out to inquire about an update on the vehicle we purchased. Shockingly, your response was that the vehicle had been sold locally and we should choose another one instead. This news came as a complete surprise to us, as we had already gone through the entire purchasing process and were under the impression that our chosen vehicle was secured for us.

This turn of events is not only unfair but also a waste of our time, resources, and trust in your company. We placed our trust in Beforward to provide us with reliable service, but unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling deceived and disappointed.

Therefore, we are writing to demand compensation for this matter. We have endured unnecessary stress and inconvenience due to the mishandling of our purchase by your company. We expect a prompt response addressing our concerns and providing a suitable resolution to this issue.

We sincerely hope that Be forward takes this matter seriously and works towards rectifying the situation. We believe that a fair and satisfactory resolution can restore our trust in your company and salvage our overall experience.
