Illegal charges
Terrible service, does not follow laws pertaining to moving, rude to customers. Our delivery still has not even been delievered, and it has been double the time past the max days they said it would take to be delivered. They damaged our property, charged us for packing and supplies that were not given to us, and have illegaly charged us over double the original estimate. If you are a client of this place and have problems or concerns, they will curse at you over the phone and hang up on you, after giving you the run-around multiple times. I do not believe this company is even legit, after reading about the many scams with other moving companies happening in the States and in Canada. Avoid using this company. They have been reported to the BBB and CAM, as well as other federal sites.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
