Bayer Built Exterior Door review: Product Problem

We installed four french EXTERIOR doors in our home December, by February there was very faded. A call was made and a Rep came and looked and stated that this was normal. We were not happy at this time but continued with other construction projects in our home at the time but now in April we have noticed water has gotten into the seams and started to warp the doors. The doors came prefinished with their water guard that was supposed to stop all water. Our calls and emails have not been returned with any positive answers, they basically keep telling use that our EXTERIOR doors shouldn't be exposed to direct sun or precipitation... so then what's the purpose of an exterior door? SO much for standing up to the "extreme conditions of the Midwest" like they claim.
