Basil Ford Cheecktowaga NY review: Transmission

on or about may 17, 2023 i brought my car in for a service recall which included a module for the transmission. my vehicle would not go into reverse and the module as i was told is the problem,but after an extensive inspection i was quoted a fee of 10,0000; so i replied i cannot afford that also it's an older car makes no sense.i explain again that i could not afford the the .later i was harass stating that they could fix the problem for a fee around 3200 dollars, i stated i couldn't afford that but i will try and borrow the money. later i recieved a call stating that that was not the problem and i the put in a new transmission which now will cost me over 7000 dollars.i cannot afford that as well, and i believe i have been scammed, i am seeking counsel but cant afford that either.can this problem be rectified some how.
