I purchased a Hyundai Venue 21 model a couple of months ago. Firstly i was almost hi jacked because the car was given to me without the protective window tint as stated in my contract. I suffered a great loss and family trauma. I then had problems starting the car and i sent it twice to Hyundai service center N1 city but the car was returned diagnosed with no problems resulting in having to push start the car of which i can obtain affidavits from metro police, Educator colleagues and the children in my road. Now i have dents and scratches on the doors and fendors. The battery was eventually replaced a few weeks ago. Because of this misdiagnosis i had to push my r330000 car and now having to fix something things that should not have happened in the first place. I am disillusioned with your brand and the kind of sales service i was given.
