Baptist Medical Clinic Carthage MS – Receptionist and nurse at Baptist clinic CARTHAGE, MS

August 15, 2023 @ 10:45 and again @10:56. I was seen by NP Keith Brown on Friday August 11, 2023. I was diagnosed with Covid. On my patient portal I was instructed to return for a follow up in one week. I called today to make that appointment. The receptionist yelled and said well you should have made that appointment before you left. I didn’t know to come back for a follow up until I read it on my patient portal. Then I am put on hold. The lady comes back and says the nurse instructed her to tell me I shouldn’t come back for a follow up. The receptionist made an appointment for August 17th @ 11:30. So I thought everything was good. I get a call back a few minutes later stating the nurse said I shouldn’t come in for a follow up. So I ask the appointment to be canceled. Then I get a second call from a nurse blasting me because I ask for it to be cancelled. Then the nurse gets angry when I ask a question and she hangs up on me.
