Bank Of Albuquerque

I had the most awful service at Bank of Albuquerque uptown with the manager Elaine she was the most rude person and also rude to her employees. I have moved all my accounts to another bank and also all my family members and Friends also have moved to a different bank. I complained to HR and nothing was ever done about it as a matter of fact she got promoted to a higher position. It's so sad that you keep people like this. I will never recommend your bank or refer anyone there as you guys allow this to happen.
