Balance Gym review: The service model is hazard to your health and valuables

This gym charged me a decline fee of 25 usd when they charged a random yrly enhancement fee, but get this, they always are not having large or small towels washed, they have abt half mens lockers busted unlockable, for weeks now, and this evening when I went to front dsk to ask when large towels wud b avail, the dude just kept on his phn call, no acknowl. No pls excuse me for a min while I end this call, no can I put u on hold... This place wants to charge for enhancing, yet the service has gone downhill. What have they enhanced? Maybe my chance at dying from pneumonia as id b wet cold comin out pool, maybe robbed and left naked if my stuff stolen from a busted locker. So this fee to enhance is not only ironic but its a lie, its a false advertised fee. Youre adding hazards to health - chance at being robbed and dying of pneumonia. And put your staff in cust serv training, this was so appalling
