Aztec Financial offers to lend up to 90% on a as is sale. The deal was the best deal and they rejected the deal with no reason. The deal was low risk, low loan to value, with the highest credit score. I honestly think they are deceiving people to get their deals so they can sell leads or try to use it to their advantage. There was an appraisal that had sufficient value and they had everything to back up the file. They really had no excuse. Watch out for these guys they are sharks! Good luck!

Excessive closing costs and fees, bad loan servicing, hidden loan terms, inaccurate bookkeeping, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, . They set up unsuspecting homeowners to fail, among other things, by not disclosing actual loan terms or terms of balloon payments. Withholding funds intended to borrower.
