On June 15, 2022, Hope New Testament Church of God, INC signed a contract with AWNINGSALLAWNINGS to construct a custom awning at our church - 6000 Kimberly Boulevard in North Lauderdale FL 33068. Jorge Acevedo, Anthony Acevedo and Angela Acevedo are the people responsible for this company and the contract. They received $8000 as down payment at the signing of the contract. To date, they haven't delivered the awning even after numerous attempts to have them do so through text messages, written notarized and certified letters and phone calls. They refuse to respond to our calls which have left us extremely frustrated. Its 11 months since the signing of the contract.

At one point they attempted to construct the frame of the awning without a permit or notice of Commencement posted, which caused the city of North Lauderdale to cite our property for non-compliance. It's almost 1 year since the signing of the contract and they still haven't constructed the awning. Also, to date they have not picked up the permit and when we asked about it Anthony Acevedo laughed like it's a joke with no concern for the client.
