Please do not buy your used car from Avila's auto sales, 20663 Avenue 4, Richgrove, California, next to the Swapmeet on Richgrove/avenue 4, as they will sell you an automobile and not give you the papers to the car, my brother in law bought a car from them almost a year ago and still has not been able to register the vehicle in his name, as the vehicle is registered under a different name. The DMV investigator in Visalia or Bakersfield seems to be giving my brother in law the run around, but who knows for sure. I do not trust the DMV investigator as he LIED to me. Told me he does not speak Spanish. My brother in law is giving him the benefit of the doubt, I guess.

There are a lot of other people who are being ripped off by this used car dealer, as my brother in law has gone back and forth to the dealer and people have been there complaining of the same thing, that they can not register their vehicles. Where are the papers? If they are allowed to, they let them trade for another vehicle, but encounter the same problem.
