I bought Ava Science Inc.'s product and they said they got a 6 or 12 month guarantee or your money back. But guess what? They don't even bother to answer any of your emails or messages when you want your refund!

I got a bracelet to help me keep track of my cycles while trying to get pregnant. When I used the bracelet, I found out that I had PCOS, a condition that affects fertility and ovulation. The bracelet kept giving me wrong information about ovulation for months, which made it harder for me to understand my body. I contacted customer service to get a refund or at least get some information about how they handle women with medical conditions. The customer service reps sent me emails that didn't even acknowledge my concerns and they refused to help me. They even asked for my medical records to confirm my diagnosis. At this point, I don't even care about getting my money back, I just wanted to be treated like a normal person and talk about their policies and customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on this terrible experience. Plus, the bracelet was broken when I used it before finding out about my condition.

This company and product don't work like they say. The bracelet don't work at all. I talked to customer service and did everything they said. The bracelet just says N/A. It's not working. But they won't take it back or give me my money back. I only had it for a week. I spent $300 hoping it would help me track my cycle and make it easier to get pregnant. But Ava did the opposite. I think this product is a scam. Ava is taking advantage of women who want to have a baby. I asked for a refund but they said no, even though it doesn't work. That shouldn't be allowed. I hope other people read this and don't buy from Ava. They just made my fertility journey even harder. Their business is terrible.

I bought the Ava *** from Ava Science Inc. on 09/06/2022. The next day, I asked them to start the return/refund process. It's been almost a month now, and I still haven't received any response from the company. They said I would hear back in a few days, but it's been a whole month. Considering how pricey this product is, I would have expected better customer service.

We got an Ava *** that we barely used for like 3 months and it kinda "fell apart" - 2 metal pieces ain't sticking to the back case/contact point no more. There's this round metal thingy and a ring metal thingy that just came off. It's pretty messed up that a medical thingy can break so easily, especially when we didn't even use it much. And let's not forget the dough we dropped on it.

I bought a fertility tracking bracelet from Ava Women. It came on time for me to start tracking my cycle after my last period. The problem is, the bracelet doesn't hold a charge, so it's not reliable for collecting data. In the approximately 2 weeks I've been using this product, I've had to stay up longer to give it an extra charge, had it die overnight, or gone to bed with a "charged" bracelet that wouldn't even turn on to start tracking data. When I tried to contact customer service, they said they could check the data and maybe the device is faulty, but they won't let me return it or get a refund. I've been trying to get pregnant for 9 months since my miscarriage in November. I don't have the time or emotional energy to try to fix the issues with their faulty product.

I bought Ava's bracelet on 5/1/23 and paid $307.18. It came on time. The bracelet was supposed to gather biometrics data overnight for at least four hours to predict a *** window. But it couldn't hold the charge for more than about 1.5 hrs while collecting data, so no data was available, and I kept getting the *** I contacted customer support on 5/6/23 and got a response on 5/8 with some suggestions to fix it. I followed the instructions but the bracelet still didn't work. I replied back as told but got no response. On 5/12, I asked for a refund or a replacement for this clearly broken device. I got no reply. In short, the device was broken from the beginning, didn't collect any data, and only buzzed and flashed lights. The company completely ignored my messages.

I bought an Ava *** from Ava Science Inc. in April, and it came with a one-year warranty. But guess what? It stopped working in August. I kept getting this annoying error message saying that the *** wasn't charged or worn for four hours overnight, even though it was. So, I reached out to their help department, but it took them a whopping four days to get back to me. By that time, I had already fixed the problem myself by unsyncing and then re-syncing the ***. It actually worked for about a week, but then it crapped out on me again. Frustrated, I submitted another request to their help department, but it's been a whole week and I still haven't heard a peep from them. And get this, there's no way to call them! Ugh!

So, the unsync/resync trick isn't doing the trick this time. And let me tell you, it's a real bummer because I've missed tracking and temping during two fertile windows because of these stupid *** errors. And that's just not cool, you know? It's totally unacceptable. Even if they were to fix the ***, I don't have much faith that it wouldn't break again. And that would put me in the same boat, waiting for a week or more while missing out on another potential fertile window. Trying to get pregnant is stressful enough as it is, and these issues are just adding unnecessary stress that I really don't need.

I bought an ava *** straight from this company's website. First of all, the info for users was hidden in the FAQs, and when the *** arrived, I realized I can't use it. So I didn't open it, kept it sealed, sent them a pic of the sealed package like they said on their site, and asked for a return. After 10 days, they finally sent me a link to make a return label. The page says we should use their prepaid label and not ship it ourselves, but the link to make the label is broken and doesn't make a return label at all, it just gives an error (pdf attached of the website with the error). It seems like they're doing this on purpose and in my opinion, it's unfair business practices to delay the customer so the return time passes, and then they don't have to give a refund. Their customer support is non-existent and takes days to reply, which will probably make many customers miss the return time. On top of that, they say they'll charge $25 to process returns, even though they didn't clearly say on their website who can use this product.

I contacted the customer service of Ava Science Inc. and told them that my watch fell apart. I even sent them some pictures. The customer service representative, whose name is not mentioned, emailed me on April 14, 2023, at 11:23 am EST. They said that they will send me another watch, but they just need to confirm my mailing address. I confirmed it, but I haven't heard anything back from the customer service representative since then. I tried to submit another complaint on the Ava website, but they have restricted me. I don't understand why people and companies don't just do the right thing. I have copied and pasted the email that the representative sent me on April 14, 2023, at 11:23 am. I just removed my physical address. The email said, "Hi [my name], Thank you for contacting Ava! We are sorry to hear that the strap of your Ava watch fell off. Upon checking, we have noticed that your Ava watch is already outside of warranty, but we will make a one-time exception for you. Let's get that sorted out for you right away by sending you a free replacement. Before we proceed, kindly confirm if your shipping address below is still updated. [removed] We will be looking forward to your reply. Kind regards, Ava Customer Success."

I got charged twice by Apple Pay on September 24, 2022 for an ***. I tried to tell *** women about it, but they didn't respond. Eventually, on September 30, 2022, I received two ***s from them. I've been emailing them since September 25, 2022, explaining that I want to return one of the ***s and get a refund, but nobody has contacted me, except for an automated email saying someone will reply in 2-3 days. According to their policy, I need to send them a photo of the unopened product with the seal intact, and then they'll give me a returns label. They say I have to do this within 14 days of the order. I've sent them the photo and return request, but still no response. It's been 14 days since I placed the order. The *** needs to be worn every night using an app, so if there are any issues, I might need to contact the company in the future. However, I don't have any confidence that they'll resolve any future problems, so I want to return both ***s due to the poor customer service. I've explained this in my emails to *** women. I haven't opened either of the products, and I've sent them photographic proof. Still no word from them. Can you please help me get a response from *** women so I can return both products and get a full refund? Thanks a lot.
