My husband and I purchased a new 2023 Honda CRV on 4/12/2023. My salesperson was Herschell Brown. He was extremely helpful and promised to "take care of me" regarding the new car.

I have less than 1000 miles on the vehicle and have developed an annoying rattle in the dashboard. It seems to be around the Infoscreen. I have called and left word for Herschell on numerous occassions recently. I have also called and left word for the new car sales manager.

I have not received a call back from anyone at the dealership. I need to bring the car in and leave it for 24 hours for service dept to run diagostics. I only have one car and my husbands health is such that I have to have a car in case of emergencies. He is 89 years old.

I have purchased 4 new hondas since 2002. Three have been from your dealership. I dont think it is asking too much to borrow one of the vehicles at the dealership for one day. Or, if that is not possible, why cant I come in early and wait for the diagostics test. I told the service tech that I was willing to wait for several hours for them to run diagostics and fix the car. They said that was not possible. It must be left all day and/or overnight.

I have always given the dealership an excellent rating. Now, it seems that the service is only good when I am buying a new car. Please contact me and help me arrange for the repairs as soon as possible.

Desired outcome: To fix the rattle and let me wait for a few hours or be given a loaner vehicle until the repairs are made. I also wish that your personnel would do the courtesy of returning my phone calls.
