Automotix review: Automotix transmission assembly

My 2012 jeep liberty had a transmission issue with first gear. I took it to a shop who quoted me $4,000 which I do not have. The shop installed the transmission, and when I got the car back the next morning transmission fluid was leaking out and my check engine light came on. I had the car towed back to the shop through aaa, and when I contacted the shop back, they informed me there was lose bolts in the transmission, and something wrong with the filter. I submitted a warranty claim when it got towed back to the shop. The warranty did contact the shop right away, and now today I recieve an email that the warranty was rejected as "bolts are not covered under warranty and should have been replaced prior to installation. Shop also did not install a new filter." no, this was provided by your company and you need to refund me all of my money. I didnt have the reliable shop who does work for my business all of the time rebuilt my previous transmission because I didnt have the money. Now I have a non working car for the 911.00 spend on the transmission, and the 956 that the shop installed for. I am an executive assistant and I need a vehicle. You need to fix this. I have photos if needed. At least be honest on your website about your parts.
