I paid for a transmission and it was delivered in 5 days. The transmission was the wrong transmission even though me and the mechanic told the agent my vin # and ratio information. I immediately started the return process as your records should show. I am having a hard time getting this resolved as my car is out of commission. The auto mechanic is charging me 10$ a day for storage of the transmission. Why can't this be returned quickly? I cannot buy another transmission until this has been resolved. It is with utmost disappointment to see Automotix drag it's feet with regards to exchanging the right transmission that was ordered. You can provide your order ID to support, and ask for restitution back because you are having to pay storage fees as a result of Troubles caused by Automotix. But this has happened because I as a customer made a mistake ordering with my payment to be taken into account so please return the money as soon as possible.
If they continue to stall and fail to fulfill your demand, simply go ahead and file a complaint with your payment provider, highlighting their failure to fulfill your requirement and the returning procedure of your package. Don’t allow them to waste any more of your time or money due to their negligence. Demand their responsibility for actions and be harsh and urgent about it.
