garnishment

I was over garnished recently by ADP. I had completed payments and had no more money taken from my check. Two months later I was garnished again for the same bill that had been paid off. ADP can confirm that it was paid off and that I have now paid over what was asked for. That's where they stop knowing anything. I've called the creditor and they are willing to investigate where the money is, if ADP would send them the correct faxes. ADP plays dumb every time I call and I've called several times. Last time that I called I asked to be transferred to their HR dept. the women on the phone said that they don't have an HR to transfer me to. I asked if she worked for ADP and she said yes. She works for a payroll processing and Human Resources company and she DOESN'T have an HR dept. I think that an Attorney General should investigate ADP. Oh and if you're going to have a very thick Middle East accent please don't start the whole encounter off with a lie by telling me your name is Stacy, or Kevin, or Jason...

Garnishment

Adp took over $200 from my paycheck without a court order. My company sent them paperwork of a judgment against me and the possibility of garnishment, but it has not gone for a hearing yet so there is no recorded court document stating a garnishment is to be taken. No one from my company nor the payroll company bothered to tell me they were going to take the money ahead of time which I thought they were legally responsible to do, also seeing there was no court order that was ever served via registered mail. I cannot afford an attorney but I feel like my rights have been violated. Do I have legal recourse for them stealing my money I earned?

taking to much from irs levy

We talked to the IRS & ADP 3-4 times on this. Adp gave us different #s they will take per check (biweekly) each time we called 1000, 700, 600.
They all had names like "Michael" and "Trish" but very strong east Indian accents, they don't even use their real names. Pretty sketchy...
Adp says IRS will contact us with the right number. IRS says "no they have to contact us, if they take more than what leaves you with $1200 on your check, report them."
They TOOK $1200!! Someone's getting reported in the morning. We can't live off $100 for all our bills and food.

garnishments

ADP took 22 days to process a release of garnishment creating a new legal issue for overpayment and refund. The State of Florida sent to ADP the release documentation on July 2 and ADP processed on July 24. 22 days later creating all sorts of legal issue now for me. This is unacceptable from ADP and I will be filing complaint with any agency available including the State.

payroll

Adp is an extremely disorganized company. Adp has charged me for a fee of 150 dollars. I paid the amount through wire transfer on june 6th. On the same day, I sent the wire transfer confirmation through email to the accounts receivable department. The representative answered the email saying that she would post the payment to my account. As per today, june 25th, I called adp to verify if everything was ok with my account and they claim that I have not paid the amount of 150 dollars. After more than 30 min on the phone with them, they were still not able to trace the payment. How can adp have lost the payment that I have done??? Now my situation with adp is on standby because of its incompetence???

incorrect information on w-4

My previous employer submitted my w-4 to adp for payroll. I entered my deductions correctly (as I always do) and requested that an additional amount be withheld as well. When it came time to file my taxes, I found out that I owed the irs $4, 000. When I contacted the employer, they said that it was adp's mistake. When I try and contact adp they refer me back to the employer. I filled everything out correctly, they submitted my info and then adp entered it wrong. So now i'm responsible for their mistake. Hopefully someone from adp will respond and help me resolve this matter.

adp workforce now

I cannot wait for the John Oliver segment to come out on your truly abysmal company. The level of incompetence is insane and is a result of a monopolized industry. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a tech only to find out the issue was Internet Explorer...? I've had to use ADP for multiple employers and for whatever reason I am constantly either locked out of my account or your service does not recognize my username. I thought I might be the only one, but after reading over a couple of reviews my only solace is knowing there are thousands of people like me who have been disappointed countless times. I want everyone to working there to realize you provide absolutely no useful service to anyone, your entire business model is leaching off existing accounting and payroll departments. If you are willingly employed there you should really take a long look at what you are contributing society, I would be ashamed if any family member or friend even considered working for such a disgustingly incompetent company.

adp payroll

I'm writing to let you know that I've never been less impressed with a web service. This ridiculous service for storing pay-stubs is not at accessible to users. I have second-hand embarrassment for every single person who was involved in building and maintaining this website.

My only conclusion is that your payroll department must use epost and none of your employees has ever had to themselves sign into the convoluted mess you call a service. Its the only explanation, I refuse to believe that any professional could use this site and think "ya, this makes sense for users".

Congratulations, I see you've surpassed 12B in revenue. That must be a world record for selling snake oil.

If you're ever interested in a point by point breakdown of why your website service sucks so much, I'd happily walk you through my long list of WTF moments I discovered while using your service, for the first time.

dorothy burkey

I’m just wandering how you can let a person hand such sensitive information when she is committed fraud when I brought her looking up my wife’s social security number on your computer to attention of Phillis in New Jersey don’t know last name a few years ago you just let this person work from home now she is in Florida starting more stuff like lying to the court in New Jersey and you should have some kind of ethics policy for your employees that falsely have people arrest for what they know is false information
