Auto Repair Facility review: I'm asking for actual cost of the parts (est $26.36) + irs allowance

I have only taken my car to Tire Choice (TC) for oil changes since I bought it. On 1/31/23 I discovered a plate intended to protect the oil filter was missing. I went to TC on Feb 2 and an employee said "they (mechanics) probably threw it away." He indicated they would replace it. On 3/3 I had heard nothing so I returned to the shop and was told the parts weren't rec'd yet. On 4/6/23 I went TC a 3rd time. The mgr (Pedro) told me the parts were not on order & he would not be ordering. When I asked a question he ignored me and walked into the shop. I sent a note to TC HQ in Ft Lauderdale and Munro (parent co) HQ in NY. I have not heard from anyone. Today I called Ed Howard Mazda where I had purchased the car and they ordered everything needed. Parts are due in this Fri, 5/5/23. Total cost of parts is a little over $26! I'm asking for $26 + IRS allowed travel amount for the round trip to Ed Howard in the amount of $26.34. Total is $52.34.
