Auto Nation USA review: Purchase/repair

I went to Auto Nation 9/4/2022 I found a 2018 Maserati. My salesman was Jim. I came back 9/5/2022. I was able to take the car for the weekend as I was told I was approved but my credit was locked and for me to get that fixed and we can finish everything. I dropped off vehicle 9/12/22 with a list of items that needed to be fixed. (windshield crack, paint touch up/buff left side, alignment was off, and showed him (Ovi, Sales Manager) the service required code that came up while driving. I was told 9/13/22 the vehicle would be done by 9/15/22. I went to pick up the vehicle and finalize my financing 9/18/22. First of all the vehicle was suppose to be under my business name and EIN and it was under my personal name and SSN.

Upon picking up the car I was told the car didn't need an alignment it was because of a mode that was on and for me to turn it off and the car wouldn't shift to the other lane. I was also told the serviced required light was because of that same issue. I explained to the sales manager Ovi that wasn't the case, he assured me it was. I contacted Maserti and explained the issue and they advised my car needed service and its a safety concern. I then call back to Auto Nation and spoke to Ovi (sales manager) and he stated you have a 4,000 mile, 90 day warranty on the vehicle. Then I contacted Maserati back and scheduled an appointment for 10/14/22. I received a text message from my sales man Jim letting me know my plates were ready to be picked up 10/24/22. I went back to pick up my plates a few days later and asked to speak to Ovi so I can get the information for the warranty. He went to the back and never returned. I then told Jim my salesman that I couldn't continue to wait and to call me with the warranty information. I never heard back from them so I called 10/7/22 so I called to Auto Nation again. This time Ovi tells me the warranty doesn't apply to my car because it's a Maserati and they don't have anyone that can work on my car.
