Author's Tranquility Press review: Is is just a scam?

I can’t even get a response telling me how much I’ve spent and what they’ve done, besides starting to design and set up a website for me. I was assigned to one man who said he was the supervisor, the highest ranking in his division. He only wants to phone me, and I won’t do phone talks. Businesses like to have good sales people hand those because they have a better chance of convincing customers. I can’t get information from via email. I’ve written to the “support” part of the company about this, have never received an email. However, when this man got his copy of my complaint, he emailed me about six PRAYERS! I was a minister for 23 years, have a Ph. D. in religion and there’s a good chance I know more about religion than this man. It feels insulting. Or am I just an author who doesn’t understand what’s really going on, am I just a sucker and is this company just a scam?
