Audious review: Shipping time and return credit

I ordered their hearing aids on December 4, 2023. They did not arrive until January 2023. Every time I tracked them the answer was they were at LAX. I live in Florida. I finally got a real person who shipped them to me. Interestingly enough they were shipped from Wisconsin. I was unable to use them as they require a lot of maintenance, and they are quite small. I have arthritis in my hands, so I am not able to manage them. I requested a return and have a verifying email dated February 6, 2023, that they had been received. I have yet to receive a refund for the amount charged to my credit card. This is either the most unorganized company in the industry or they purposely keep our money as long as they can before shipping and/or refunding.
