Placed orders online on November 15, 2022 for one set of Rechargeable & Invisible Hearing Aids for both ears and for a UV-Clean & Dry Box. They advertise that the orders would be shipped in 12-14 days. They charged my credit cards on November 17, 2022.

On December 1, 2022 I sent an email to their customer service people asking for a definite shipping date and that if the articles could not be shipped to please cancel the orders and refund the charges to my credit cards. I received a response that the orders where in work and would ship soon.

I checked my orders as of today, December 7, 2022 and there has been no movement with my orders.

I hope you will be able to assist in some manner but honestly I have given up any hope of receiving my orders and that most likely I was a victim of a scam. This complaint is being filed in order to warn others that in my opinion this business is not a reliable source and should be avoided for any purchases.

Desired outcome: Delivery of my order before Christmas in that this is a planned gift or a full refund for both products ordered. Reference Order Numbers A94247 and A94248.

The first Audious I ordered quit working after two months. I enquired via email about returning it for credit, and was told there was no guarantee, but I could get a 15% discount on a new one. I ordered it, together with a one-year guarantee that cost extra. The new unit quit working after one month. Email responses from Audious gave me the run-around, with various excuses, and finally a promise to ship a replacement. That was 3 months ago. I don't know if this company is so disorganized that a major overhaul of its organization is needed, or if it's a scam with a business model to one-time sell and deliver a dubious product, not providing customer satisfaction, knowing that if it continues advertising it can always attract new gullible customers for another sale. I believe it is the latter - a SCAM.

I ordered a set of the hearing aids in January of 2023. It is now April. The longer this goes on, the more I believe this is a scam. I will be reporting this and requesting my credit card company to show this as a scam and request my money back.

The company really does take advantage of seniors. My elderly mom who is on a fixed income made a purchase for their hearing aids which were billed to her credit card that day. Over the next week no confirmation email was received for her purchase or shipping date. Only emails from them advertising discounts. After several messages to them she received an email from them that no purchase was placed. A scam taking advantage of the elderly. Website should be shut down so this does not continue

I ordered the bud hearing aids from Audious Nov the 25th. Still no results except 38 emails asking to buy this and that with 15% off free shipping and blah blah! These damn thing aren't hearing aid at all. THERE hearing amplifiers. Trustpilot web site show alot more very negative reviews. Forever, if ever. refunds, no contacts place to write to and no customer service. According to my research they are a part of Phonak Co. I have some those now and they are great. There are coming from china no doubt! Today is Dec 30th, and still nothing. Beware of these ripoff artist. You" Will" lose. Steve T

Hi,

I ordered on the same day. The package arrived December 21. At least they arrived.

Other than volume there appear to be no noise reduction modes. I am not used to background noises. Before I slam them on the quality of the product I will give them a chance. The instructions give guidance about adapting during a 4 week period.
