Audien Hearing review: Deceptive advertising

I ordered these hearing aids at X. They worked great for a while. Then the right hearing aid started going dead after water two hours of use I purchased the extended warranty which they advertise as you just called them up no matter what’s wrong with it they’ll replace it try to call them. All you can do is leave a message and they will get back with you in email person on the email stating that I must fill out a form and send both in to them. Then they evaluate and send a refurbished back. So you end up without for at least a couple of weeks. Not at all what they advertised. WOULD NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!
