I returned hearing aid on # 1099306 and exchange Atom 2 on invoice #579965 on or about 4/1/25. I have yet to receive refund after multiple emails. I was advised by an attorney to file a small claims suit against you as I have saved all emails pertaining to this. Also you need my current banking info. My request filed 05/12 is 159779. The hearing aids returned are order #1099306 and the exchange pair on invoice D579965.

As of this date 05/27/25 I have not received my refund. I was advised by an attorney to file a complaint to the small claims court and the better business bureau. I do not want to resort to doing that If this can be resolved soon. This is regarding request 159779 for the return of atom 1 on inv. 1099306 and atom 2 D579965 that was an exchange.. The only reason I requested to speak to Mariton as that was the last person I had contact with.
