Audien Hearing review: Hearing aid

I just did this on a previous screen. I want the refund that I requested about 2 months ago. Their website stated "hassle free" returns within 45 days. I requested a refund well inside of the 45 day window but they say that I did not adhere to all the small details to warrant the refund. They have apparently built a company around avoiding their stated policy vs a company committed to actually responding to a customer's requet.
