Audi of Huntington review: Complaint

I’ve had a service appointment to bring in my car for prepaid maintenance in June it was very hard to make an appointment with them not only that with us service loaner car it gets better than this I spoke with the service manager advisor and service writer and he told me that we will have your car ready the same day we live 39 miles away I asked a very clearly to please make sure that I could have my car today by the end of the day 4 o’clock when they were closing they gave me a call that the car is not gonna be ready not only that I pick up the car and the engine light comes on and my rear cover is missing.

The service writer I had to call her five times and order her to send me over the rear cover cover which was never delivered she asked for my address three times it seem to me there was a problem at that point very bad service I still don’t have my rear cargo cover neither my engine light taken care of on a 2021 Audi Q5 I have left messages to the sales manager never return calls very poor service
