Audemars Piguet Watch repairs

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent service experience I have had with your esteemed company. I am an avid admirer of Audemars Piguet timepieces, which is why I decided to invest in one of your watches, only to be met with disappointment and inconvenience.

I sent my treasured Audemars Piquet watch to your authorized service center for repair. The watch was experiencing significant issues, and I had complete trust in your brand's reputation for excellence, believing that the problem would be resolved efficiently.

To my dismay, despite paying a substantial amount for the first round of repairs, the watch continued to malfunction. This compelled me to send it back for a second attempt at rectifying the issues, costing me yet another significant sum of money. However, my hopes for a satisfactory outcome have been shattered, as my watch remains in a non-functional state.

The most exasperating aspect of this entire ordeal was my recent attempt to address the matter in person. I made the effort to visit your service center and discuss the persisting issues, only to be met with further disappointment. Not only did I find limited availability, with only one person available to assist customers, but the lack of professionalism exhibited was utterly disheartening.

During my visit, I took the opportunity to consult with a representative from the Audemars Piguet dealer in Bahrain, who inspected the watch in question. To my dismay, the dealer mentioned hearing something moving around inside the watch, which further confirmed the gravity of the situation. This revelation, coupled with the inadequate support provided by your service center, left me deeply concerned about the competence and expertise of the personnel involved in handling such intricate matters.

I must emphasize that Audemars Piguet watches are renowned for their craftsmanship, precision, and uncompromising quality. Consequently, I find it difficult to comprehend why your company has failed to provide the necessary resources and staff to handle repair concerns promptly and adequately. The lack of timely customer support and the failure to deliver satisfactory results have left me extremely dissatisfied and disillusioned as a valued customer.

I hope you understand the disappointment and inconvenience I have faced throughout this experience. As a loyal customer, I believe it is within my rights to expect prompt, efficient, and competent service. I trust that Audemars Piguet will take immediate steps to rectify this situation, restoring my faith in your brand and ensuring that such lapses do not occur again in the future.

Please provide me with a clear plan of action and an estimated timeline for resolving this matter. I eagerly await your prompt response and an effective resolution to this issue.

Desired outcome: Requesting immediate attention and resolution for my watch. It should be repaired flawlessly without multiple returns or replaced to meet Audemars Piguet's standards. Significant investment and expenses warrant swift action.

Audemars Piguet Broken watch after 1 year

I purchased a Caroline Bucci Audemar Royal Oak 2019. Already the first year the clasp broke. I hardly used the watch, perhaps 3 times and then the clasp broke. When asking Bucherer in Zurich where the watch is purchased they say it will cost 4200 euro to fix a replacement of the clasp.

I got so disappointed with you at Audemar. I purchase a such an expensive watch. The quality of the bracelet is so poor that after hardly any use it breaks and I am asked to pay 4200 euro for a new clasp?

This was year 2020 and the watch has just been lying in a safety and will not be used or fixed. Not good marketing for your brand.

Desired outcome: Fix the clasp with no charges.

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak

I am extremely unhappy with the service provided from your servicing. Not only did I save a lot of money for this watch I am not able to use it.

It’s been with your workshop since May 2022 and I was told it would only take 8-10 weeks.

I have even asked to buy another one and I have not been given any opportunity. Not only that I am always finding brand new ones with dealers in the secondary market which is hugely disappointing.

I think you need to review you clients more.

Audemars Piguet Complaint about my code 11:59 watch

I purchased this watch from you London Harrods Boutique appx 2 years ago and since then it has had to be sent off for repair twice and it is still with AP Switzerland who advised me that it will be back at the Harrods Boutique mid July 2021 then End July 2021 now around Mid August!

The first time it was sent off for repair it was returned to Harrods without the strap or buckle which caused yet a further delay!

I have now lost my desire to own an AP watch as all it does is cause me stress and anxiety due to in, my opinion dreadful AP after sales service!

If i had my way i would ask you to buy the watch back off me as i have a product which i feel is 'NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE' As i fear this is going to be a watch which is going to cause me ongoing issues in the future!

undoubtedly the worse timepiece in my collection and i was advised when purchasing that this timepiece will be superb investment!

Audemars Piguet Unprofessional Treatment

Hello Dear,

I would like to file a complaint about your agent in Lebanon, Tamer group. I believe I was disrespected and disappointed from my experience. I want to share and report to you the details of this experience and the treatment I received from an Audemars Piguet representative noting that this is not the first time such an experience happen with them. And just to note that 3 representatives have resigned in just 3 weeks which delayed a purchase I want to make and still waiting. The owner promised not once, but twice and every time I want to pay for the watches we agree on she changes her mind either for a price, or reference or she sold the piece. I am trying to finalize my purchase of two watches since December 15, and until now I am not able. I have never experienced such confusion and disrespect from any agent for any brand like this one. Please connect with whoever is responsible for this region.
