I won the bid at $16,808 and paid for the car, eagerly awaiting its shipment. However, I received another email from Auction Export stating that the vehicle was not starting and I would have to pay for towing.

I was frustrated and confused, as the status of the vehicle had been clearly listed by Auction Export before I made my purchase. I rejected the vehicle and quoted the previous status, but Auction Export claimed that their inspector had made a mistake at the inspection site.

To make matters worse, Auction Export ended up charging me an extra $1,600 for inland and ocean freight because the vehicle could not start. When I finally received the vehicle, I discovered that the engine block and top cylinder were completely broken, which would cost me up to $10,000 to replace.

Overall, my experience with Auction Export was disappointing and costly. I would caution others to stay away from them, as they seem to have a lot of politics in their business and are not always truthful and open with their customers.
