Hello, I made a complaint couple months ago about some chicken strips I had purchased and after biting into a strip I chomped on a piece of bone which broke my tooth in half. I was told I would receive further correspondence however I didn't hear back from anyone. I had my tooth fixed which was only $60 with my concession and private health cover but I now need to have further dental work done on the same tooth as it's very sensitive and sore, I suffered a stroke last year so it is very uncomfortable and sore to keep my mouth open and my head tilt back so they can fix the damage I think I may need to go under anaesthetic to have the work completed which will be quite costly and I wont be able to afford this even with my health insurance.
