Cp attempted delivery of an item I bought on ebay and left a failed delivery card. On the card, it states that location of parcel collection will be provided the next business day which I followed up through their track section on website, as referenced on the card. Well it has been 4 weeks and have still not received details about where I can collect the item from. I have contacted their customer service centre (which is offshore) numerous times and have been given the same response "someone will contact you to advise further"... Guess what I have heard zilch from anyone about the matter. I'm not sure why it is so hard for someone to tell me where I can collect the item from. It does exist and is sitting somewhere in their supply chain so who knows why they can't resolve the matter. I would very much like to locate my item so I can collect, but based on the service (or lack of) that I have received, i'm fairly certain I will never receive the item.
